We do not guarantee that the App will be available 24/7 without interruption, be free from bugs, work on all devices, or maintain all features indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party articles, websites you access through our links, or opinions expressed in news articles.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By creating an account, you may receive account-related emails, learning reminders (if you enable notifications), and important App updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your access will be immediately terminated, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy, you will lose all saved progress, and this action cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, required by law, or we discontinue the App.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately, you must stop using the App, your account data may be permanently deleted, and these Terms remain in effect for past use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date, and for significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app message. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
If you don't agree with updated Terms: stop using the App, delete your account, or contact us with your concerns.
We respect intellectual property rights. Our use of news articles falls under fair use for educational purposes.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, etc.).
These Terms may be translated for convenience. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
